cute.swf was a flash animation made by SpareTec, now known as Zeroxeon. It shows a stock photo of a cute cat, but after around 7 seconds, the screen cuts to a close-up picture of the face from What's Wrong? in yellow, accompanied by a loud scream from Sonic.exe; the website then restarts. It is intended to be sent as a prank.
While the Flash animation is currently gone from Inciswf (where the SWF was located), it can be still found via the Wayback Machine.
There is another version of this screamer uploaded in 2015, where the face is replaced with Regan MacNeil, along with the same scream from The Maze.
