The [[Flash]] game takes the player through a few levels of typical color blindness tests, in which the player has to find the number in the circle. After each level players get provided with their results. In the lasting and most difficult test, it is almost impossible to distinguish the number (it's 5). When the player clicks the number box, the image of Diana Browne from the 1982 horror film ''[[wikipedia:Basket Case (film)|Basket Case]]'' pops up with an extremely loud scream.

When the player clicked on the box containing the number, an image of Diana Browne from the 1982 horror film Basket Case appeared on the screen, accompanied by an extremely loud scream. Following the screamer, an official Liquid Generation Sabotage outro appeared, featuring a ninja saying "You have been sabotaged", and a link to Liquid Generation's website. An alternate version of the screamer exists where the Liquid Generation watermark is replaced with the sound clip "I see dead people".
