1 Guy 1 Screwdriver, also known as 1 Man 1 Screwdriver is a shock video made by Alexey Tatarov, originally uploaded on Efukt.
The video starts with the footage that is taken at midnight, due to the lightning, the footage depicts the same man from Jarsquatter, who is Alexey Tatarov, penetrating himself with a glass bottle by sitting on it, with a screwdriver that has been dragged all the way down of his uretha, he progressively pulls it out, causing a horrible penile fracture, with a song called Circumambulation of the Transcendent Pillars of Singularity by Burzum plays, after he pulls it out, the blood starts to come out of his urethra, damaging it.[citation needed]
In the full video, the screen cuts to a puddle of blood on the floor, before the guy walks into his bathroom revealing that his bathtub and sink are both filled with blood leading to the uncomfortable implication that he's done this more than once. The ambiance of this video (lighting, music) is also very disturbing, and somewhat eerie as well.
This appears to be a remake/sequel of 1 Man 1 Jar, which Alexey also had created. The beginning is a direct nod to it as well.
