PS4 Kill screen (scary) (MOST VIEWED VIDEO) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on August 10th, 2023 by The Kill Screen Person's Algicosathlon. Hence the likely modified title, it is the most viewed video on the creator's channel, having almost 29,000 views as of now. The video serves as a fake kill screen adaptation of the PlayStation 4 targeted towards someone named Logan, which is noticeably made in KineMaster.

The video begins with the regular PlayStation 4 startup, which soon transitions into a black screen. Then, a warning screen appears, consisting of white text on a bright blue background, reading:
Warning!
Your PS4 console has encountered an error that could not let the PS4 boot up correctly, resulting a very serious malfunctioning problem, please shut down your console to prevent further damages
Error code: 226 O: Turn off
After about twenty seconds, Logan supposedly turns the console off and back on, as the video cuts to black, and the same startup is played. Again, the video cuts to black for a couple of seconds, before returning to another screen. This time, it has a bright green background, and white text reading:

Again, once around twenty seconds pass, Logan turns off and back on the console again, with the only difference being that the audio of the startup is slightly low pitched, and an orangish-greenish filter is added onto it. After another brief cut to black, a third screen appears, which has saddening piano music from an unknown source in the background, and it consists of red text on a bright red background, reading:

Your PS4's data has been corrupted and will be impossible to revive! you need to shut down this console before it dies, Sony and it's affiliates will not be responsible for any damage caused to your PS4

About twenty more seconds pass, leading to Logan repeating his previous actions, albeit with the PS4 startup significantly more reddish and lower-pitched. Soon, the next screen appears, which consists of a creepy song from an unknown source, consisting of creepy ambience and a woman singing, and red text in a noticeably different font on a pitch-black background, reading:
DANGER!
YOUR CONSOLE IS GETTING VERY CLOSE TO DYING! NOW HERE ME OUT, I UNDERSTAND YOU WANNA PLAY MINECRAFT, FORTNITE, OR ANY OTHER GAME, BUT THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ERROR! TURN OFF THE CONSOLE NOW!!!

After what is about twenty more seconds, Logan turns off and back on the console yet again, and the startup is revealed to now be depicted as a dark, distorted, and low-pitched version of the original startup. However, at 3:35, right when the startup finishes, a shaking image of Katie Embry from the 2002 film The Ring suddenly appears, accompanied by a loud shriek. The video proceeds to zoom in on her mouth as if she were "eating the camera," before cutting to black briefly and showing yet another screen. This time, the boss theme from the American version of Sonic CD can be heard, and red text in the same font as the previous screen is shown over the infamous DeviantArt Soul Mongler image, reading:
URGENT!
YOU ARE ABOUT TO ENTER BARNEY ERROR MODE! IF YOU DON'T WANNA ENTER BARNEY ERROR MODE, THEN PRESS X TO TURN OFF, BUT IF SO, PRESS O, CHOOSE WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO!

Logan supposedly accepts to enter the so-called "Barney Error mode," because as the video soon cuts to black as usual, it then cuts to a Barney Error, a fictional computer virus originating from the website Vyond, formely known as GoAnimate. The error consists of a photo of Barney the Dinosaur taken by the creator, and black text in a generic font on the right, reading:
We interrupt this kill screen for a Barney error, here's the rule: don't turn off your PS4 until said so, you can turn it off in 5 minutes, thank you!

Despite this, Logan proceeds to turn off the console anyways, which leads to several red pieces of text in the same creepy font shown earlier, reading:
WHAT DID I JUST SAY?!
HEY LOGAN...
READY TO FACE YOUR ULTIMATE PUNISHMENT?
I'LL DESTROY YOUR PS4...
BETTER HIDE...
The first piece of text is accompanied by a loud, poorly recorded alarm sound (normally identified as the Malaysian "Emergency Alarm System" alarm), and the other four are accompanied by creepy ambience and music from an unknown source, the former of which was taken from the "danger" screen.
Then, at 5:37, an orange-tinted version of the video Scary Pop Up Shocker! by CrazyMarc666 is shown, and at 6:43, the screamer appears. The video stays on it until 6:50, where the video concludes with one final brief cut to black, and white text reading, "Sorry, your PS4 is dead, please buy a new one," appearing, accompanied by the iconic Microsoft Windows XP error sound playing.
Trivia
- The video's description reveals that Logan, the target of the kill screen, is actually the creator's cousin, and that the creator made the video to prank him by supposedly playing the video on his TV to make it seem like his PlayStation 4 got a kill screen, despite it being fake. It also reveals that Logan didn't know what a kill screen was at the time, making the video supposedly more believable to him.
