The video shows a man being brutally killed by a drug cartel. One of the cartel members cuts a bit of the man's lung out (while he’s most likely still alive) and takes a bite out of it. It's possible that the man being executed was a member of a rival cartel, and the killers in the video were members of JNGC (Jalisco New Generation Cartel).[1] It is unknown exactly when or where the video of the execution took place; It is also unknown who any of the men in the video are, similar to other notorious gore videos like FunkyTown and Hi (Narco Football). The reason it is given the name Sponsored by Adidas is because the man who bites the victim's lung is wearing an Adidas hat.
