The screamer acts as an innocuous lyric video for the song "Cold as ice" by the rock band Foreigner for the vast majority of the video. At the end of the song at the 3:12 mark, a picture of Regan MacNeil pops up with a stock female scream with added reverb. The video ends with a final text screen saying "Now Go Change Your Shorts!
