Mini Jeux - 7 Différences (French: Mini Games - 7 Differences) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube made by user xSORROWxqc on September 23, 2008.

The video displays the message telling the viewer that they will find five differences in 10 seconds. After the text, a fan art of Pikachu getting crucified (taken from Ronflexman), the viewer's goal is to find seven differences before the time runs out. However, once the video reaches 15 seconds, an image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up, accompanied by the same scream from Steady Hand, modified to have supremely loud volume. After the screamer, the video ends with the text mocking the viewer.

1. A missing circle.
2. A black horizontal line on Pikachu's stomach.
3. A skull with a cracked forehead.
