What Is Wrong With This Picture? is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by the user Teyzo on July 27, 2006.
The video begins with white text on a blue background saying "What is Wrong with this picture?", followed by the appearance of a photograph of a room with a wooden floor, window, and furniture. At the 13-second mark, Regan MacNeil with Pazuzu's face visible from The Exorcist (who appears on the video's thumbnail, thus spoiling the screamer) appears with a long female scream, followed by text saying "Haha i got u". The video's description says "a short screamer".
