This article is about a website that no longer exists. Links to its archive on the Wayback Machine or a saved copy are provided.

Fearnest.ru was a screamer collection website created and hosted by Alexander Volnov, who went by the username Joxitman. The site was launched in 2014 and featured 15 screamers that users could select, including popular ones like Mov0001.swf, Regan MacNeil, Smile Dog, and What's Wrong? face.

When a user clicked on a screamer, an alert box would appear asking "How close?" in Russian, English, Arabic, or Portuguese. The page would then continue to automatically refresh until the user closed the browser or disabled any dialog boxes on the site. The site had a view count that reached 183,804 in May 2015 and clicking on it led users to a Russian forum site called uop.su.

Fearnest also had a moving square at the top right corner of the page that led to Joxitman's other website, joxit.ru, which contained links to his social media accounts. There was another moving square beneath it that led to a subdomain of Joxit.ru called "screamer", which was a counterpart of the original Fearnest website. The site also had some easter eggs hidden on it, such as pressing F5 and the update key on the main page to change the color of the frame.

History

In 2012 or late-2011, the domain Fearnest.ru was registered by Alexander Volnov under the online pseudonym Joxitman. Another domain, prison-fakes.ru, was also registered in the same year and hosted by Alexander himself. This domain served as a second counterpart of the original Fearnest but with different screamers. Throughout the months, the color of the frame would change. The site, Fearnest, continued until being parked in mid-2017. However, as of August 8th, 2020, Alexander intended to add a redirect to a screamer portal of prison-fakes.ru.
