Maze Games
Maze Games are another types of screamers with simple gameplay, first created by Jeremy Winterrowd in 2004, after creating the infamous game called Scary Maze Game, The Trend started around 2008-2016, people decided to create the Maze Game along with the very simple theme, whether its colored-blue, cartoony theme, and regardless if they were badly designed, the game has a start menu, which involves self-explanatory instructions, and other options what to pick, the instructions part informs the player about the controls and try not to hit or touch any walls,
Additionally, there are some other custom instructions in some games, informs the player to collect the subjects placed in the maze such as Bananas, dots, and others, the only increases in difficulty across the levels involve the walls getting thinner and they are very close together making the player concentrate on the computer screen to carefully move the dot, and various of them are diagonal and weird zig-zags, the jumpscare images will appear nearly at the (level 3, 4, 5) will result to an image of scary images such as Regan MacNeil, Pazuzu and a greenish vampire and others, along with the extremely loud audio accompanied with the image, the path in the maze are customized as well, they have some very good texture used in the path, to make the theme looks so fitting, E.G: 'Maze Game DX.
Despite its controls, some other maze games try to chastise the user from cheating, by right-clicking through, if they do, will lead back to the start menu, or the dot will maneuver itself, leading back to the start menu.
