Eddy.com.cn is a Chinese website that contained a few screamers, including classic ones such as Kikia and Zoeken. The site is likely named after Eddy from Ed, Edd n Eddy.

These screamers were very popular among the Chinese during these early times. It also provided horror films such as The Ring, but it was closed later due to regulations.
