Forest-wmv or known as forest.gif was a simple computer prank in 2002, this screamer has multiple copies of it.
The video shows a very cartoonish drawing of a forest, and after 13 seconds, an equally cartoonish drawing of a blue alien-like head with a wide open mouth, sharp teeth, and white eyes, pops up at the center of the screen with the same scream from What's Wrong?, then a song of Crade of Filth plays in the background, the screamer may have been originated on Albino Blacksheep and its title is: "Forest.mp4".[1]
The screamer also has alternative names, such as martian-wmv, jungle-wmv, forest.mp4, jungle.mp4.
There is a much older version of this screamer but it's basically the same thing how the screamer is normally described, This version is called Find the martian and might be the earliest version of this screamer discovered.
