Can You Spot The Difference? is a screamer video uploaded by YouTube user jcuki5 in June 16, 2006. once known that uploaded Can you spot all the flags in this video?.

The video also begins the picture of the wildlife. it also tells us the viewer to find the difference, then the text saying: "Can you spot the difference? This is clip one. Now remember this picture closely..." the video also plays with the Knick-Knack, Patty-Whack, after for a while reaches beneath the video and the following text saying: "Did you spot the difference? In case you didn't, here it is...." then a picture of Pikachu from Pokémon appears with the loud "PIKACHU" yell, it is not a scary image. the following text that saying: "Nah, just kidding. Here's the real difference..." once it goes, a blurried picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist appears with the same scream sound effect one from this game Sonic.exe.
