Imcodingfor.fun is a website created by a developer of Northside Incident, the website doesn't relates to any screamers expect for a text stating that "this site contains secret screamer. beware."
To know where the location of the screamer, scroll down until it reaches on a section called: "Useful items", this section contains a text that reads: "This is my files vault. Shhhh.", clicking on the text that lables: "Shhh...", leads to a blank page, with a dialog box that reads: "you found it.", However, trying to click "ok" result in a GIF of a final part of Ghost Caught on Tape where Regan MacNeil appears in close-up, before having to click: "Ok", the screamer appears after 3 seconds.
The screamer personally belongs to someone.
