Dance.swf is a shock Flash animation that has been hosted on various shock sites, it was animated by an unknown creator in mid-2002.
It shows two stick figures dancing to the song Hamster Dance on a plain, solid color floor. After several seconds, the music stops, and the image zooms out - the floor is revealed out to be none other than hello.jpg. It can only be accessed via the Wayback Machine.
