The video starts with a G-Major version of the Perimaunt VHS logo. However, after the text "FAILURE PRESENTATION" zooms in, a black screen pops up with a loud demonic scream (provided by the author himself). After the screamer, the warning screen fades in with a 3D ripple effect, and a slowed-down G-Major version of an unknown logo jingle (actually confirmed to be the sound of the creator's hard drive) plays quietly. The previously mentioned scream from this video would later be used for many G-Major videos.
