1 Girl 1 Cigarette is a shock video popularized by a reuploaded copy on eFukt.com on September 21, 2012. The original source is Dirty Garden Girl, a fetish-oriented porn site (also the origin of the video from Asspong.com).

The video starts with a simple title card. It then fades into a rather flattering shot of a conventionally attractive, middle-aged woman in a skimpy floral dress. She takes a drag on her cigarette and grins at the camera. After a few seconds, she reveals her shaven vagina. The video then shifts to another angle, this time only showing the woman's vagina and anus. She decides to try smoking her cigarette with her prolapsed anus.

At first, she seems to succeed in doing such a painful task. Her confidence causes her to shove the cigarette further and further into her anal cavity. She eventually yelps and removes the cigarette, saying, "Oh, that wasn't what I wanted to do!" (what she did mean to do is beyond the average viewer). In a moment of comedic timing fit for a college fratboy, Vincent Price asks for an instant replay. The previous scene is replayed but in slow motion. The video ends with the Efukt logo behind a yellow background, and a male voice stating "humiliation".
