Mirko Morning Exercise is a NSFW parody based off of the anime series,My Hero Academia. The original animator is Zeromomentaii. The screamer version of the video was uploaded onto YouTube on May 8th, 2023 by a user named Jetflic_ker7948. The video starts with Izuku Midoriya waking up and looking at Rumi Usagiyama. Rumi is shown holding her cup of coffee and wearing a beige sweater and white panties. She says “Hey there slacker, you gonna be the hero next time or make the coffee or what? Or, are we gonna do some, uhh…morning excersize?" After asking Izuku to do the morning exercise, the scene fades out. At 0:12 seconds, A flashing image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist accompanied by the same scream from Anne.jpg.
