SCARY PENNYWISE POP UP is a screamer video created and uploaded to YouTube on July 24, 2010 by user DHskateboardingisfun.
The video starts off with the famous optical illusion spinning black and white swirl, the viewer must stare at the swirl spinning while Hypnotize by Young Jeezy plays throughout the video. However after 25 seconds an image of Pennywise from Stephen King's IT (1990/Original version) pops up along with a sound of a screaming little girl in high pich.
