Scary Pop Up Turn Up The Volume is a screamer video created by the user randy123404 and it was uploaded in 2010, the words in the title: "Scary Pop up" already gives it away that its a screamer.
The video shows a picture of a forest with very soft flute music, it takes about 15 seconds for a picture of Kayako Saeki to appear along with a loud scream, interrupting the peace abruptly, the screen returns back to the picture with pure silence, However, The viewer is not prepared for another one: A picture of Regan MacNeil appears along with the same scream used previously.
