PS2 Startup Worse Than The RSOD is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user uTubePoopers on June 29, 2014.
The video itself is the PS2 startup as normal, but edited to have Regan MacNeil pop up with her familiar scream as soon as the view gets into the clouds. The screamer is the thumbnail of the video, thus giving it away.
