Saw IIII preview is a short screamer video uploaded onto YouTube by incenserd on July 6, 2007. Despite the video's title, the majority of the screamer has nothing to do with the Saw movie.
The video starts with a short footage of a guy on an extension ladder, which, not until he jumps off the ladder, a picture of Jigsaw appears along with a loud scream, it is an edited footage of their video titled: "ESf'nW" (Extremely Stupid Wrestling).
