Saw IIII preview

Saw IIII preview is a short screamer video uploaded onto YouTube by incenserd on July 6, 2007. Despite the video's title, the majority of the screamer has nothing to do with Saw IV (or “IIII”, for that matter).

The video starts off with a video of a backyard wrestling match where a guy is jumping off an extension ladder; however, after he jumps, a picture of Billy the Puppet appears, accompanied by a loud scream. It is an edited version of their video titled "ESf'nW" (Extremely Stupid [Effin’] Wrestling).
