The video begins with an empty hallway. At 0:08, a boy dressed in blue runs down the hallway and after a few moments, the light begins to flicker and the screen goes dark. The screen suddenly zooms into a boy's face with a very loud scream at 0:29, followed by Jeff the Killer and Regan MacNeil rapidly flashing in negative as the loud scream plays.
