If Horror Movies Weren't Scary is a comedy video which has a screamer at the end of the outro, it was uploaded by popular YouTuber nigahiga.
The video consists of Nigahiga performing humorous skits spoofing horror movies. However at 8:56 in the video (During the outro), the narration is interrupted by a loud scream and a flashing image of nigahiga dressed as Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist, earlier in the video appears on screen for approximately 1 second before the outro continues as normal.
