OSFirstTimer Blue Scream is a screamer application created by Philip Joseph Adams (OSFirstTimer) on 2012, the virus was designed to trick people thinking the BSOD had occurred on their computer (and a screamer was added as well), According to Virus Scanners, the application is not detected as "malicious", its more rather displaying the picture and not leading to an error.
The application will present a fake, old BSOD for a delay, once its done, the screen will change into black: Thus where the Pazuzu's appearance take place, along with the scream from Sonic.exe, As stated earlier, the application will not harm the computer.
