When launched, it will show a window contains two pictures and tell you to find the difference. Either you close the window or not, the program stays. After about 10 seconds, the three [[screamer]] pictures will pop out one by one in fullscreen for some time, along with a loud scream. This payload will be activated about every 15 minutes until you kill it in Task Manager manually.
