SCARY PENNYWISE POP UP is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on July 24, 2010 by DHskateboardingisfun.
The video starts off with the famous optical illusion depicting a spinning black and white swirl, the viewer must stare at it while Hypnotize by Young Jeezy plays throughout the video. However, after 25 seconds, an image of Pennywise from Stephen King's IT (1990/Original version) pops up along with the sound of a high pitched, feminine screaming sound.
