Look at the spiral for 20 seconds is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on August 14, 2012 by BlueRoseHilbert.
The viewer is instructed to stare at the spiral for 20 seconds while increasing the volume. After the time elapses, a screamer appears featuring a person with a wide-open mouth and no eyes, accompanied by a K-fee commercial scream. The screamer ends with the text "Scared???" and uses a screenshot from Dane Boe's video.
