The website displays three pornographic images of Chao, fictional creatures from the video game Sonic The Hedgehog, showing their buttocks on the main page. The title of the page reads "especially when they burst." In the first image, the Chao are depicted showing their buttocks, breasts, and vaginas. In the second image, the Chao's buttocks have become larger, and they are portrayed farting and peeing while their breasts lactate. The third and final image on the page depicts the Chao's buttocks and breasts as very large, and they are depicted defecating everywhere.

The images were created by an artist known as 'ilovecosmo' who has shared similar artwork on InkBunny and formerly on FurAffinity. Despite webstarts.com's strict policies against pornography and obscene content, the platform continues to host ilovechao.webstarts.com.

The artist for the pictures is 'ilovecosmo' on InkBunny and was on FurAffinity. The drawings were uploaded on December 30, 2018.

the fact that it has the website name: "ilovechao" similar to the artist username: "ilovecosmos", i think this is maybe the creator of this site but the discovery of it is unknown.

It could probably just be the creator copying the name format. From what I know, I don't feel that ilovecosmo would make this without posting about it for followers to know. Searching for this site on Google just shows this page and other pages dated afterwards. I found a Reddit comment saying this site would be in 'Tier 8' of a Screamer Iceberg, despite it not being that shocking. Checking the source code, all of the images were downloaded off of ilovecosmo's FurAffinity, judging by the file name format. ilovecosmo would have the drawings on their computer already, so that's another reason they might not be the creator. This page says that the site was created in 2016, so who knows what the page's purpose was before December 30, 2018.

I tried reporting this to them because it violated the WebStarts Terms & Conditions. But it still gave me the 500 Undefined property: SendGrid::$web error. Maybe I’ll report this again sometime…
