IM_HAPPY.gif is a fictitious animated image that was first mentioned in the creepypasta, The .GIF, which was made in 2011 by user Multiverseman.
The GIF depicts a yellow circle with a gray mouth and eyes, smiling towards the viewer(hence the name), the animation cuts into another frame of him being angry, and his eyes are slowly turning black, at which point the screen cuts into a slideshow of scary images including Regan MacNeil, Smile Dog, a Harlequin Fetus and others, before the text flashes "Have a nice day", but suddenly, the screen cuts into another picture of him, with no eyes, before ending the video with a black screen.
One thing to note is that aside from being a screamer, This GIF proves to be very dangerous and at the most deadly to anyone who views it, with it having very harmful effects on both viewers and their computers which is false there is no evidence of that happening.
