Basement Ghost (also known as "Ghostly Picture!") was a 30-second long screamer animation that was uploaded to the defunct web hosting service GeoCities in 2002 by a user named patlee_69. The site in which this screamer was hosted can only be accessed through the Wayback Machine.
The animation shows an extremely grainy photo of a dimly-lit basement.
