The Sony Computer Entertainment logo stays on screen for longer than usual, then at 15 seconds in the screen turns to black with a startling sound. 5 seconds later, Regan MacNeil appears with the scary maze scream.

PlayStation 1 Personified Fear (Black Screen of Death) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by EnterVids on January 17th, 2013.

The entirety of the video is the PS1 startup screen with the Personified Fear error.
