Ghost on Exercise Bike is a screamer video initially created by DiscoverGuy1999 on July 23, 2025, and later uploaded to YouTube on July 28, 2025.

The video starts in a room at night with a night vision filter. An exercise bike is visible on the right, and a train table is visible in the middle. Throughout the video, the song Shrimp Alfredo Jersey Remix by N0B1L1TY can vaguely be heard in the background.

At around 5 seconds into the video, the lights start flickering for a few seconds. Nothing else is moving until around 17 seconds into the video, when the pedals of the bike start turning on their own; just after, the camera turns toward the dining room, and a black circle with eyes jumps into the camera. Once it does, a flashing version of the screamer montage from SCP-450 plays, with other screams mixed in. When the montage finishes, it cuts to the same screamer from Ghost in the London Dungeon, but also flashing. Then, the screamer noise and flashing ends, as the "2567" from most of Discover's screamer flashes over the man for a split-second, and then the man lays back down again.

Behind the Scenes

The video's footage was filmed at around 11:00 p.m. on July 23, 2025. Moving Laptop was also shot here.

The footage of the bike's pedals turning by themselves is actually reversed. The transition from the footage of the bike moving on its own to the footage of the camera turning isn't very seamless. The creator can also be seen turning the camera in the reflection.

The original plan for this video was to include the creator running toward the camera and punching it into the screamer, but was later changed. The video was also originally going to have Jeff the Killer as the screamer, with the creator having Jeff the Killer's face edited on while running toward the camera.
