The idea of the video started when YouTubePower (DiscoverGuy1999's team) user Atticus Martin's Channel uploaded a video titled ''A Big New Fancy BURP'' on April 17, 2023. The video starts with the same base clip, but the [[screamer]] is replaced with an image of Connor from said TV series with a burp sound instead. There is an alternative version that uses a close-up of Stephen from said TV series with the same burp sound.

DiscoverGuy1999 eventually found the source by YouTubePower user Kasey Leitch NEXT GEN, and the screamer he made is a direct reference to A Big New Fancy BURP, but by adding the [[Ghost in the London Dungeon]] screamer in it.
