Regan MacNeil is a character from the classic horror movie The Exorcist. Regan is a 12-year-old girl who gets possessed by a demon, Pazuzu (seen in some screamers), making her unable to control her own actions.
Pictures of Regan in her possessed state or with no eyes are commonly used in screamers, like in The Maze and Shafou.com as possessed, and Maze Game 3 as no eyes.
