It shows a flashing negative picture of Jeremy Winterrowd followed by the same scream used from Sonic.exe. with a watermark stating "photofunny.net" which indicates the creator of the GIF.

The Kapwing version made by Gordon Ramsay03 Criticism, but merely a cropped version of the image in low-quality,
