It begins with the ''[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Care_Bears Care Bears]'' Intro. fades a blank screen beginning at the end. however, after 37 seconds, a scary deformed man's face pops up along with the loud screech.
As the title of the video suggests, it starts with the intro from the 1985 ''[[wikipedia:Care_Bears_(TV_series)|Care Bears]]'' series, in which Hugs and Tugs sing "I Wanna Be a Care Bear". The RetroJunk watermark stays on the bottom right corner of the intro, but in the middle of the intro, it cuts out, and the video stays on a black background for 23 seconds. Then, an image of Dorian Gray by the late [[Wikipedia:Dick Smith (make-up artist)|Dick Smith]] pops up with a loud, high-pitched screech that plays twice, ending the video.
