Not to be confused with the sequel Scariest Maze Game.

Scariest Maze Game 2, created in 2011 by Joshua Mustill, is a screamer flash game that serves as a sequel to Scariest Maze Game. The game's goal is to navigate a maze using their cursor to guide a blue dot through a series of levels without touching the walls.

As players progress through the game, they will encounter various levels, each with its unique gameplay mechanics. For example, in Level 3, and Level 4, there are fake exits, Level 5 has a red button which players need to touch the button to unlock the part the walls, on Level 6, there is a laser moving at the bottom of the screen which can be avoided, in Level 7, a sword spins around, adding an extra layer of challenge to the game, while in Level 8, a rainbow bar moves vertically, requiring players to adapt their strategies.

However, the game also includes several screamers that have a random chance to appear upon the completing levels, all of which, reappear from Scariest Maze Game. These screamers include; the zombified version of the late Michael Jackson, a woman with a torn-off face makeup, a red man's face in darkness, and a photoshopped hand with a screaming mouth, along with the same scream from Scary Tic-Tac-Toe.

Once players successfully complete the final level, they are taken to a blank white screen, which stays on until the player exits out the game.
