The video is a continuation of "Follow the Red Dot" series, but is the labyrinth is dark blue. The viewer can see a red dot navigate the path without touching the black background, as it is just an animation. The mazes gradually become more complex, and levels 2 and 3 are very similar in layout to [[The Maze]].
The video is similar to the original red dot maze, but the maze is now a dark blue color. After a nice while of going through levels, with the "player" about to complete one, [[Katie Embry|Katie Embry's]] picture pops up and shakes with a scream sound effect.

As the title implies, the player must focus on the dot while it navigates all four levels. Before the dot completes the final level, [[Katie Embry]] appears with a loud scream, in a wobbly animation that ends with Russian text that translates to "Follow the red dot 3" before the same screamer reappears.
