The game starts by displaying some information telling the player that a group of scientists installed the cameras in the hospital shop to capture ghosts and the camera they used to record has a very advanced recording system that can detect minimal noises, followed by another text advising the player to turn up the volume to hear the "whispers"
The game prompts the player to read through a paragraph and identify errors. After a while, an image of [[Regan MacNeil]] from ''[[Wikipedia:The Exorcist(film)|The Exorcist]]'' appears with a loud scream. On the screen, the words "Gotcha Bitch" will appear as its final part. After the outage of flash, the animated film wasn't archived. In that case, the file can't be found anywhere.


The gameplay will start by clicking the "view exhibit" button. After clicking it, the player can now view the hospital shop. After a while, a badly drawn ghost appears and screeches.
