Focus is a Flash animation created by Wally Bartus and uploaded onto Albino Blacksheep in 2007.
The animation instructs the player to focus on the circle in a black and white background for about 20 seconds, then look at the flat surfaces when done, the picture makes the player believe their vision will be distorted, and the image persists for 10 seconds, an image of an overweight woman showing her rear, along with a fart sound, later on, the text appears that reads: "Didn't I get you? 'Hahaha!".
This screamer is intended to be a joke, but it comes across as startling to unsuspecting users and embarrassing them with unexpected NSFW material. There is another version of this animation where the Goatse image appears instead, accompanied by the same scream from Where's Waldo.
