We finally solved the culprit behind it. Please spread this message to everyone who needs to hear it. Change the world, my final message goodbye.

There is a strong connection between Kenpo-kun and the person behind Dokuhara. There is a lot of evidence that supports the fact that they are the same person, and here is why (do not click the links as it leads to trypophobia-inducing jeff):

Similarities

1. They both have mental illnesses and too much free time. They constantly appear and disappear.
2. They love posting random, nonsense Japanese text (fiction for Kenpo-kun and non-fiction for Dokuhara), making them very similar. Also, they both randomly use people's faces to mock or insult them.
3. Kenpokun loves posting random addresses (for example, on Kenpo9w9's Twitter: https://x.com/kenpo9w9). Dokuhara does the same thing by mentioning a specific address in Matsuyama (I am not sharing it for legal and safety reasons).
4. Kenpokun mostly posts Jeff the Killer and his famous "gangstalking" text. This text says that he "owns several pachinko parlors in EHIME PREFECTURE." Matsuyama is in Ehime Prefecture. Kenpokun randomly mentioning the same place as the hospital is very suspicious.
5. Kenpokun started around 2015 (Reddit post from r/OriginalJTKimage), and the YouTube channel began around 2019. The Dokuhara website also appeared in 2019 (we do not know the exact date, but the comments go back earlier than January 2, 2020). The oldest website I mentioned included Jeff the Killer next to Dr. Yuichiro Oka. Over the years, Dokuhara kept posting more pictures of Jeff the Killer. Every Dokuhara website contains Jeff the Killer. Ahenobarbus Henocied also appears with Jeff in deepfake singing videos on Dokuhara, and the doll appeared once in Kenpokun's videos.

Slip ups

1. Kenpo-kun was created to share political views about Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution. For example, a Reddit user suggested he is not just a Japanese troll and shitposter, but someone who makes political commentary. Jeff the Killer's eyes are edited to look like the number 9, and almost every video has a voice repeating "Article 9" in Japanese. A person who knows so much about politics is knowledgeable about things like the Patient's Bill of Rights, Workers rights and link the hospital to the Japanese Communist Party. 2. According to his blog post (kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com/Page/2/), Kenpokun mentions he was contacted by the Ehime Prefecture police. Ehime Prefecture again? The Ehime Prefecture police only visit people who live in that exact area. If he actually lived outside of Ehime Prefecture, he would have been contacted by the police in Kobe, Okinawa, Matsumoto, or wherever he lives. This specific blog post needs a password unless you are a "kenpoler" (his fans, who only know the surface level of this ARG). Only God knows what is actually in there.
3. His blog title contains the text "松山ドクハラごえくん通信生きたメキシコウクライナ21グリーンお姉さんかわいくさせて" If you translate that passage of text, these are names of the shock sites from the MNS wiki (Green Sister, Ukraine 21, blah blah blah). This is the exact same text you can find on almost every Dokuhara website (https://kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com).
4. His blog posts also mention that he took entrance exams for different universities. Most of these were medical schools. He failed all his medical school exams and blamed it on Abe (lol) (source: kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com/Page/1/).
5. In blog post, He also says something along the lines of "I support constitutional democracy, the Japanese Communist Party, Russian LGBT people, and anti-discrimination against Kurds." However, his old website goes against this statement because he hates the hospital for being linked to the Japanese Communist Party. Homophobia in Russia is prohibited. The Japanese society have a questionable view against Kurds (or "gaijins" as they say). From what I know, the claim is satire and he's a very conservative person, but that's not supported by psychological evidence. (source: https://kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com/Page/1/)
6. If you look at the domain name of the blog post, kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com, you will notice something. Didn't Dokuhara use the same cheap domain name? "ni-moe" is an unknown domain in Japan that costs very little money. Almost nobody knows it exists except for him. This shows he is very good at finding hidden places to host his websites.
7. In one of the videos, he replies to a comment saying, "Kenpo-kun is in the hall of fame." "Hall of fame" is a common term used on the "Must Not Search" wiki for famous and important pages. Remember my theory that this person uses the "Must Not Search" wiki a lot? He fits the description of a normal user there perfectly (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WYJawoqxGE).

Additional info

1. I might be wrong about the situation with Dr. Yuichiro Oka because we only see one side of the story. He might not be jealous of him. It is better to describe it as an angry argument that caused the website to be created.
2. I should mention that people know he suffers from a mental illness, but nobody knows exactly which one. Our best guess is that he has hyperfixation. This condition makes it hard to focus on new things and forces you to repeat old habits. This explains why he keeps posting Jeff the Killer. The same thing happens with Dokuhara, which keeps returning to the normal internet over and over again.
3. In his Reddit post, he shared thoughts that show he is in his 30s or 40s (https://www....el_that_has/). He might actually be a normal person with a family and children, but he fabricated his own life story with gangstalking claims to deal with his illness. If it is not Kenpo-kun, who else could it be? Some random hikikomori? Every bullet point ultimately leads up to coincidence.

That is all you need to know about the creator. He has a split personality, likes the attention, and continues to use his fame to get more attention. Maybe in 20 years, Dokuhara will outlast human civilization, and Kenpo-kun will be the only proof that we ever existed.
