I can actually Hear Something Crying in Hallway.. is an screamer video uploaded by TheAndrejAnimation2013 to YouTube on December 25, 2025.

The video begins to ask a viewer to hear something crying in the hallway, and after that message, the dark brown hallway from the SCP-450 video appears onscreen. Text appears onscreen that reads: "Look closely.. Ok, Let me Hear it Sounds like Malish Barboskin Sobbing. Did you hear it. No? LOOK AT THIS! Lets hear it Quietly"

After 50 seconds, The Serbian Boy (most notably the character Andrej Ristic) appears, accompanied by a dialogue from the said character, as the credits start. The following line is shown saying: "THANKS FOR WATCHING! Prepare to hear Someone Screaming!". After this line appears from the bottom, a flurry of screamer faces and edited images both well-known and lesser-known appears in a fast slideshow fashion with a loud of mix of screams. They include:

  • The creepy guy from Scariest Demon Face Ever!
  • A scary woman from the Scarier Faces video.
  • The scary man from Scariest Faces video.
  • An edited image of Malish Barboskin with no eyes.
  • An edited image of Liza Barboskin with Bloodshot eyes and Smile dog mouth.
  • An edited image of Mama barboskin with red puplis and black eye.
  • An edited image of ChainsFR With bloodshot eyes and bloodied mouth (which is taken from a video titled "Dreams Be Like".)
  • An edited image of Burt from Whirl: Leo and Friends with an angry face and bloodshot eyes.
  • The thumbnail video from "YKW?! (Opinion Changed + sorry for caps) (Read the desc)" by FarihahKhairil2009.
  • The Swearing Baby screamer.
  • Saturn Devouring His Son, albeit edited to have The Giant Walrus eating Pingu alive.
  • An edited image of the 1987 DIC kid in bed logo with a scary face from the video "Dic Kid In Bed NIGHTMARE 2 (13120A)".
  • The Peppa pig Para asustar screamer.
  • An edited image of Gummy Bear with bloodshot eyes and bloodied mouth.
  • An edited image of the Made in Georgia logo with a peach scary face.
  • An edited image of the Hikon Film Logo eye with a suprised face.
  • The Witch from Poochee and Pansy.
  • A creepy girl from the video "Girls without makeup!" by RackaRacka.
  • A screenshot of cat with eyeballs fall out with blood taken from the end of MEOW By Cyriak.

One second later, Jeff the Killer appears while a short clip of the song "I Shot The Sheriff" by the late Bob Marley plays. After that, Regan MacNeil pops up again with the scream from The Maze, while the face zooms up and seemingly "headbutts" the screen.
