Suicide Mouse is a game based on the creepypasta of the same name.

The gameplay is monochromatic and has Mickey walking past buildings which he can interact with with the space bar. He can also walk past a crane which if player presses the space bar while below the crane, Mickey will hang himself on the crane, followed by his body exploding bloodily. Once Mickey reaches the end on the right, Mickey can go goes down into a dark place if the space bar is pressed. In this dark place, Mickey must jump over fiery pits. While Mickey is moving, sometimes scary images will briefly appear with a gong sound. The images include:

• Smile Dog
• A crude, bloodied Mickey Mouse face (which is popularized as one of the images for suicidemouse.avi)
• Sonic.exe
• Squidward’s Suicide
• Noseybonk
• Slender Man
• Jeff the Killer
• Pinkie Pie smiling with black eyes and white pupils from Luna Game
• Dead Bart
• Tails Doll

Mickey can go into a pit. If Mickey goes into the pit, there are no sounds except Mickey's movement whenever he moves. During this time, silhouettes of Mickey will appear followed by disappearing. After sometime, a flurry of scary images will flash with a scream, followed by Mickey exploding into bloody pieces on a red background. Whenever Mickey dies, a black screen appears with bloody text saying "YOU DIED", taken from the bootleg NES game Bio Hazard, with the U.S. version of the game over music from Sonic CD playing, followed by a return to the main menu.
