UFO Pic is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on June 25th, 2009 by username kikin9811.

The video is very short, it starts off with a picture of the Willis Tower area in Chicago, a few seconds later, a picture of Pennywise suddenly appears and zooms in, accompanied by what sounds like a horse screaming. The video ends with rolling text that says "scary huh" and "not really only if you have volume up" [sic].
