The video begins with a picture of American singer Britney Spears, followed by another photograph of her with a pink and white bicycle, taken from her 1999 Rolling Stone magazine. The song Piece of Me by the same artist plays in the background. However, a few seconds later, a close-up picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up along with a scream and text that reads "LOL GOT YA PERV!". The music continues playing and the image remains on screen for a while before the video ends. The screamer image is also displayed as the video's thumbnail, effectively spoiling the surprise.
