It is a psychological thriller game that uses various psychological evaluations and tests to assess the player's personality and mental state. The game is set up as a mock psychological exam, where the player takes on the role of a test subject undergoing a battery of tests and questionnaires.  


The main page of the site displayed the same content as [[Last Measure]], which first showed the [[Goatse]] image, then subsequently opened multiple browser windows displaying different shock images such as [[Tubgirl]], [[Lemon Party]], [[Goatse]], etc. This was also accompanied by an audio of a man screaming "HEY EVERYBODY, I'M LOOKING AT GAY PORNO!".  
The game consists of a series of tests, each of which measures different aspects of the player's personality and mental state. The tests include a personality test, a Rorschach inkblot test, a memory test, and a spatial awareness test. The questions in each test are designed to be unsettling, and the player is asked to make choices that will determine the outcome of the game. The game's storyline revolves around the mysterious Watson-Scott Test, which is said to have been designed by a Dr. Watson and a Dr. Scott to test the limits of the human mind. The player is guided through the tests by an AI named The Program, which is said to be the product of a failed experiment that fused the consciousness of two researchers.  


This website used browser exploits to ignore pop-up blockers and spawn as many windows as possible, which all contained shock images, along with a malicious script causing them to bounce around on the viewer's desktop. This script was taken from ''Offiz'', which is commonly known as "You Are An Idiot".
