The main menu has some Japanese title: "まぢいらいら某" which translates as: "Steady Hand (Madji iraraibo)", and some texts below the title: "STARTを押すとすぐに始まります作りが雑ですいません", which translates as: "game will start immediately after you press START", the gameplay is to navigate the dot without touching the walls to reach the goal.  


It is similar to [[The Maze]], The objective is to guide the dot through the maze along a given path without touching the walls, the game consist of 2 levels and near the end of the second level, a black and white picture of a drawn baby wearing a sheep costume and doing the harlequin fetus pose will zoom in and out on a red background with a loud scream, the scream is also used in [[Zoeken]], then the game stays on the final segment until one closes the game.

There is an unofficial English version from the game which came out a year ago after its game release, there is a note above stating that they're "''giving Beta Testers $100 via Paypal to those who get to maze number 10''", the difference is that it has the text: "DAMN" in the "Game Over" screen, the "Lv1" and "Lv2" are removed, and the [[screamer]] segment is a picture of [[Hai2u]], accompanied by puke sounds.
