Read More is a form of screamer that appeared when Google+ (now defunct) was introduced to YouTube.

In the first few years of the Google+ integration, links to YouTube videos would be represented by the video's name instead of its YouTube URL. Also, long messages would be cut off after a certain amount of lines, containing a "Read More" at the bottom if the reader wished to display it in full. YouTube trolls quickly found out that they could write a short message without an ending and then paste the URL to a YouTube video with a title like "Read More (12 Lines)", since the "Read More" has the same color as links do. People would think there was more content in the message and click the link, which would then lead to a screamer.

This does not work anymore, but there are still a few screamers titled "Read More" on YouTube; most of them are simply Jeff the Killer's screamer from agor.io in video version.
